Erika Jacobi is the founder of LC GLOBAL®, a change and innovation consulting firm with presences in New York, NY and Munich, Germany. An experienced change innovation consultant, Erika has been involved in major change and transformation initiatives of companies ranging from non-profit to Fortune 100. Erika’s Ph.D. research focuses on the role of narratives in organizational change. Her publications include “Implementing a Holographic Organization Design” and “Growing Together: A Case Study of an Appreciative, Systemic and Collaborative Organization Redesign.” Erika regularly presents at national and international conferences and facilitates workshops on topics such as innovation, transformation, organizational identity, leadership and complexity.
