The speed at which the integration is needed, however, often leads to top-down, ad-hoc, or frontal approaches. These approaches, in turn, tend to result in a gradual vibrancy loss - and not in the much sought-after engagement, motivation, and identification with your values and forms of collaboration.
In this 8-12-week cultural integration and vibrancy sprint, we will
This 8-12-week sprint guides newly acquired or on-boarded groups to experience what it means to flourish and collaborate in your culture -- and make it their own. During this unique, collaborative experience, your new employees will explore your culture, become part of it, and fuel it with their own ideas and input.
Typical use cases for this sprint include
Together, we will go through 3 focused phases. The cultural vibrancy and integration magic happens in the Co-Design & Development sprint, which we will tailor to your company's unique culture and collaboration forms.
(1) Briefing & Discovery: Goal refinement. Strength-based assessment of current formal and informal culture and collaboration forms. Design of Co-Design & Development Sprint. Decision on ideal group constellation (e.g., new members/existing members).
(2) Co-Design & Development: Sprint experience for the new and mixed groups. Explore new cultural values together in a guided five-step cycle. Put the newly explored cultural values into action. Increase identification and explore ways of thriving through everyone's unique diversity. Spark cultural ambassadorship and a sense of belonging.
(3) Refine & Excel: Debrief experience and refine results. Continue to create a sense of identification and fuel cultural vibrancy.
