As an international business leader with 15+ years of experience, she has facilitated large scale organizational growth, change, and innovation processes for companies in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. Providing C-Suite advice to leaders around the world, she specializes in adaptive organization design that drives desired behavior and results. She holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Behavior and her research focuses on the collective cognition in successful organizations. Erika's clients have included Microsoft, Sony Mobile Communications, FCB, Estée Lauder, leading health care providers, and The United Nations.
Cynthia Cavalli is a systems and organization development consultant specializing in the dynamics of change and transformation. She has 30 years of experience in aerospace engineering, a Ph.D. in human and organizational systems, an MBA, and a BS in Physics. Dr. Cavalli has developed a unique approach to organizational transformation that integrates findings from complexity science and Jungian psychology. She specializes in helping large and small organizations creatively leverage periods of uncertainty.
Jim is an experienced and passionate Change Management consultant. In Jim’s 19 years with Hewlett Packard, he worked across businesses, countries and cultures in a variety of roles spanning organizational development, business team management, strategic planning and marketing management. He helped HP create and develop businesses and manage organizational transitions that produced breakthroughs in innovation, new levels of business performance and sustained culture change.
Jim advises leaders and organizations in leadership and business development matters. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Jim is an engaging public speaker and an experienced consultant to organizations on a variety of leadership related issues. Jim has been recognized by the California State Senate and Assembly, the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles, the Westchester/LAX and La Cañada Chambers of Commerce, and the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Barton is a scholar-practitioner with over 30 years of experience in, organizational communication, change management and strategy development at the state, national and international levels. He is a fellow of the Council for Excellence in Government in Washington, DC. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the CMM Institute for Personal and Social Evolution and is an advisor to several advocacy and network organizations in higher education and talent acquisition.
Sandhya is a leader in developing innovative talent management and HR strategies. Her broad-based experience of over 20 years includes all areas of human resources with an emphasis in both manufacturing and client services work environments including Ingersoll Rand, Citibank, Hewitt Associates, GAF and Flowserve. Sandhya has a Master’s degree in Organization Development and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same field at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California.
John has practiced at the intersection of creativity and innovation for over 30 years, helping to develop new products and services, as well as designing new innovation models, programs, and curricula. He has worked with the lab teams at IBM, Bell Labs, Epson, NTT, Arm & Hammer, and Kraft. He has developed innovation and creativity programs for GE, Nationwide, Glaxo Smith Kline, and the National Science Foundation. He has supported product management teams at SAP, LexisNexis, Lucent, and Microsoft, as well as change management initiatives at GM, Exxon, and PepsiCo.
After 10 years of work in implementing large scale IT systems, Sergej turned to value networks, intellectual capital, and knowledge management. In the past seven years, Sergej performed PhD research on the metaphor of organi-zational improvisation and its impact on human and organizational systems. By combining his learnings from research and practice Sergej developed ingroove, a pragmatic practice for sense making and the design of complex systems. Sergej has an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
