Providing C-Suite advice to leaders around the world, she specializes in adaptive organization design that drives desired behavior and results. She holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Behavior and her research focuses on the collective cognition in successful organizations. Erika's clients have included Microsoft, Sony Mobile Communications, FCB, Estée Lauder, leading health care providers, and The United Nations.
Cynthia Cavalli is a systems and organization development consultant specializing in the dynamics of change and transformation. She has 30 years of experience in aerospace engineering, a Ph.D. in human and organizational systems, an MBA, and a BS in Physics. Dr. Cavalli has developed a unique approach to organizational transformation that integrates findings from complexity science and Jungian psychology. She specializes in helping large and small organizations creatively leverage periods of uncertainty.

Barton is a scholar-practitioner with over 30 years of experience in, organizational communication, change management and strategy development at the state, national and international levels. He is a fellow of the Council for Excellence in Government in Washington, DC. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the CMM Institute for Personal and Social Evolution and is an advisor to several advocacy and network organizations in higher education and talent acquisition.
After 10 years of work in implementing large scale IT systems, Sergej turned to value networks, intellectual capital, and knowledge management. In the past seven years, Sergej performed PhD research on the metaphor of organizational improvisation and its impact on human and organizational systems. Sergej has an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.h.D. in the same field at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California.
